William (Bill) O'Toole, is the new Pastor for Moment of Truth Bible Baptist Church. A Missouri Native, he and his family have just recently moved back to the Kansas City area from Branson, MO.
He has been in the ministry for more than 30 years, with over 23 years' experience as a senior pastor. He has degrees from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, MO (Doctor of Ministry, 2004 and Master of Divinity, 1994), and is a graduate of William Jewell College, Liberty, MO (Bachelor of Arts 1982).
Pastor Bill and his wife Brenda have been married for 35 years, and have five children.
